For the inner booster “Try harder!”
This clip is part of a film with exercises of Vitaleurythmie developed by Christiane Hagemann and Michael Werner as a modern anti-stress method.
There are five inner boosters, the powerful factors that lead to stress, one of them is: “Try harder!”. With this exercise, you will create a mental shield that will bounce off the negative impact of the booster and eventually make the impact lose its powerful force. This way the effect of the permission sentence, which you put to the impostor, is strengthened here: “I can finish my tasks according to my own strength” This allows you to get out of the “autopilot mode” over time and take the control back instead of being controlled by boosters.
